Radial Artery
An artery located in the lower arm that may be used as a conduit when performing coronary artery bypass surgery.

Regurgitation
A term used to describe the backward flow (leakage) of blood through an improperly functioning heart valve.

Re-vascularization
Re-establishment of the blood supply to a part of the body.

Right atrium
One of the two upper chambers of the heart. It receives the de-oxygenated blood from the body.

Right Ventricle
One of the two lower chambers of the heart. It pumps blood into the lungs under low pressure.
